The Scrementi family has been cooking HOMEMADE Italian recipes in the South Suburbs of Chicago since 1966 when Sam Scrementi opened his first Restaurant (The Red Lion).
After 40 years of success, in 2006 the torch was passed to Steve, David and Sam Jr. who ushered in a new era of fine dining, banquets and outside catering. Steve grew and expanded all aspects of the family business while still keeping all of the old traditions and long time favorite family recipes.
All of our food, including our homemade soups, pastas, and sauces are prepared FRESH in our kitchen every day.
We feature many specialty dishes including Ravioli, Gnocchi, Italian Giblets, Chippino Italian Stew and tantalizing pasta and chicken dishes.
